• THE EXPERIENCE •
Stage One: The session begins with organizing the space and creating a tranquil atmosphere, allowing your mind to relax and focus. The highest effectiveness of the practice has been demonstrated outdoors due to abundant oxygen, hence Prana. If possible, please open windows if indoors, light candles, or burn incense if available. Special music is played, providing the foundation for a deep connection with your inner self — for example, Tibetan singing bowls or sounds of nature like flowing water, wind instruments such as a flute, bird songs, or mantras.
Stage Two: Assuming a special body position in space, an external analysis of the body and internal state of the mind and pulse occurs. Guided by an experienced instructor, you will engage in VIBROPRANAYAMA — the art of controlled breathing. This practice is adapted to synchronize with the heartbeat, enhancing skill and breath control.
Stage Three: The session incorporates techniques of inhalation, retention, and exhalation performed with specific proportions and sequence to establish a connection between the body and mind. Additionally, the practice includes Bandhas — muscular locks playing a crucial role in managing the flow of energy and concentrating attention on specific centers of the body, resulting in profound relaxation and a deep sense of energy.
